Shipping & Returns

It takes three business days to process the customer’s order and arrange the shipment. SF Express Tracking Number will only be displayed after we confirm and ship out the shipment. If you cannot find it after two or three business days after order placed, please feel free to contact our customer service team.

Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, items are not eligible for exchange or refund unless there is a product quality problem. For any other items to be eligible for return or refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 7 calendar days of the purchase. Once we receive the returned products and determine that they meet the return criteria, we will credit back the refund to you by the original payment method within 14 business days.
