The calming power of Palo Santo
Originated from Latin America, Palo santo (a Spanish word meaning the 'holy wood') has a long history of usage by shamans. They used to burn the wood to cleanse the space and purify 'mala energia' (negative energy).
The wood can help bring in light to enlighten our spiritual wisdom, encourage awareness and reconnection to self. It is a spiritual ingredient to help balance all our chakras, especially healing the muladhara and awakening the third eye.
When applying topically , it has great antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties to help restore the skin.
